All your armies, all your fighters All your tanks, and all your soldiers Against a boy holding a stone Standing there all alone In his eyes I see the sun In his smile I see the moon And I wonder, I only wonder Who is weak, and who is strong? Who is right, and who is wrong? And I wish, I only wish That the truth has a tongue I No Longer Care If You're Good to your children Show me how you care for other people's children I'm unimpressed by how you treat your kin Tell me how your blood boils and bubbles over with rage at the persecution of a stranger. Meet me in the street to scream about injustice for people you look nothing like and will never have the pleasure of meeting

about

Our music serves as a symbol of our support for a world marked by freedom and hope, starting with improved conditions for the Palestinian people. We strongly oppose hatred towards any religion and respect everyone's right to practice their faith in peace. We believe that when hope is taken away, people lose everything, and we are determined to remain united as a community.

The album cover features drawings from the 2016 book "A Shipload of Women's Memories: Narratives Across Borders," authored and illustrated by Ann-Dorte Christensen, professor of Social Sciences and Humanities, and sculptor Marit Benthe Norheim. This book recounts the stories of 18 women from diverse backgrounds who, despite coming from different nations and having lived through over eight wars, unite on the same boat to share their experiences. Notably, the book includes narratives from a Palestinian refugee and an Israeli with mixed heritage (Indian/Iraqi). Their collective mission was to provide hope for future generations and stress the importance of actively working towards coexistence.

All artists participating in this compilation call for an immediate ceasefire and an end to genocide, with a specific focus on the actions of Israeli occupying forces in Gaza and the West Bank. We reject the decades-long occupation of Palestine, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing, and we stand against all forms of violence, promoting solidarity and justice. We also demand the unrestricted provision of essential resources to innocent civilians in Gaza without any limitations.

We kindly request your generous donations for the compilation. Every contribution will be dedicated to supporting the invaluable work of Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières, with a specific intention to aid those who have been injured in Gaza.
